The light in the left side of my cluster behind the tach has been out for some time in my '95. I was thinking of going in there and putting in a new bulb, but I'm not sure how involved it is to get to. Can anybody point me in the right direction of how to swap the bulb?
Thanks

All you need to do is pull the dash bezel off. Then take the 4 bolts out and there ya go. The uster is out.

I found another thread by searching that said the bulb has to be replaced as a unit with the socket? Is this correct? If so, where can I get this assembly? Would the dealer be the only place that has it?

Correct, for the year you (and me) have you need new twist lock sockets. But if you have patience you can reuse the old ones by in bending the wire on the bulbs. Since you said only 1 bulb is out you should be able to reuse fairly easily. But if you want new ones you can order them off superbrightleds.com. they have them. I'm sure almost all the sites that sell led replacements will have the sockets.
