Any performance gains from Flowmaster 70 w stock pipes?

I have an 04 Z71 Avalanche w 5.3 that is stock except for a CAI. Will the addition of a FM 70 with stock pipes add any performance or will it just add more noise? Thx.

probably not going to notice much of a performance gain. Wil sound better though
