The rear of my truck only sits 1" higher than the nose. Would this be caused from worn shocks? (They're the FACTORY ORIGINAL ones on there.) Or do I need to buy a new leaf spring?

If that is the truck in your sig you are talking about. Wouldn't that 3/5 drop have leveled you out? If that drop did level you out, then the problem should be in the front.

I am losing myself here, but I know that a 3/5 would level my body style truck out. I don't know I'm guessing here. Are you trying to level it out? You said it "only sits 1 inch higher"??

No no no, the 3/5's not ON yet...but before I put it on (aka: RIGHT NOW) it's sitting only 1" higher in the back...I mean, I could get a 3/4 drop...but I already have the rear flip kit...

The '73-'87's have always been closer to level than the '88+ trucks. Honestly, I would just go ahead and put the 3/5 on it and then worry about how it's sitting. Most of the time you don't get the exact measurement of the drop. You could get more. You could get less. It just varies. Slap it on. It might surprise you. :)

What he said.

And if those are factory original shocks, you should replace them anyway being from 1975. I would say you got your money's worth out of them.:D

:rocking: Sweet! Then I won't have to buy new leaf springs!! Dude, you guys just saved me $200! Slickness! The drop should be here by friday, and then this weekend, I'm gonna lift the bed off and then sand and paint my frame (and my old springs...make em LOOK now ;)) After that..I'll throw up an updated sig pic :head:
