Its a blob of fake clay that you rub all over your paint with a special clay lube. It takes all the contaminants out of your paint, and leaves it shiny and smooth. Then you wax your truck and it really really shines.

I work for a CO. that manufactures detail products and we just picked up the clay bars a couple months ago (wholesale only). Check out a body shop supply shop or a local detail shop might know. I think it will be hard to find them by themselves. Believe me though, with the price of the clay bars alone, they are giving the lube to you for free in the kits!

Like the dude with the big roll of TP said, most autopart stores have the bars.
I ordered mine from Zaino, got two bars in a sealable container

Claybar's :rocking: :rocking: :rocking: I had a lot of bugs and tar on my front chrome bumper and i used this to see if it would work as good on it as paint and it cleaned it perfectly and didnt even have to scrub.
I also have yet to find the clay bar by itself without being in a kit.

My BF bought clay bars alone online.. I think the company was claymagic.
I did it the first time last summer and it was easy to do and made a BIG difference in the look and feel of my paint. Definately a must to do at least 1 time per year :)
