what size piping?

ok im prob goin with a spintech muffler

i measured the pipe coming off the muffler and it was 3 inch do you think that that is a good size pipe to run i haver the 4.8 and it will prob be dumped i heard that its better to run some pipe after the muufler before the dump

if you were to do a one in dual out what sizes would you run i want the most performance i can get

just walk me through the whole setup so i can get it all down right the first time

If you want dual outlets make sure they are 2-1/2"

i wont lose any low end power right its a 4.8 stock and ill get a intake when the exhaust will be done

You won't gain much or lose much on a catback.

Why you wanna dump it? All that equates to is resonation...

well with the baggs i dont have alot of room plus it looks cleaner ill prob dump it at the axle so its far from the cab

keep your stock pipes IMO. they are plenty for a 4.8. i REALLY would just replace your muffler and dump a single pipe by the axle. that seems to be what you want.
