Nice mod, I have been contemplating on whether it would look good on a '97 Tahoe with Tan leather interior. Also, how did you break one off?:whatever:

Looks good. I did the same thing to my 97. I got mine through gmpartsdirect.com for about the same price.
Makes a big difference and brightens up the door panels.

Well, one of mine just broke off thanks to a friend pulling on my door handle cause I wouldn't let him drive, so will somone please help me out with the removal of the old one and the install of the new handle? Thanks, also if I could get the part # for the Chrome Ones.

Im not sure of the part number because I threw the box out that they came in but I just contacted gmpartsditect.com and told them what I wanted. It comes with the whole fixture, handle and metal backing. I believe they all come in grey but not for sure. If your interior is another color then you can remove the chrome handle and install it on to your factory backing.
They are fairly easy to install. Just remove the handle bezel and door panel. There is a rivet holding the handle on to the door frame. I just drilled it out and used a small nut and bolt to reinstall. Remove the handle linkage from behind the handle. Install the new ones in reverse.
