I need a new truck!

What's up FSC?

I haven't posted on the board for quite some time now. I sold my 94 a while back to buy a car with good gas mileage, and figured out that I am not a car person at all. I really needed it for my job, but I am getting a new job real soon. So I want another truck!

This is what I'm looking for:

anywhere between a 78 to 98

mileage is not a concern, just so it runs awesome

it MUST be a 4x4, preferrably with a lift already installed

the body must be in decent shape

i have a couple trucks one is an 86 silverado 4x4 swb 136k orginal miles rebuilt 305 eng. at 118k has new interior and paint and tires no rust . asking 6500 for it . also have an 96 gmc k1500 4x4 ext cab sle fully loaded 350 all power . 299k on it . it has never miss a beat. asking 6500 for it . can send pics if interested

The one pictured below will be done by Thanksgiving and for sale. The truck is rust free from hawaii. Body down to bare metal and prepped. Interior completly restored ect ect ect. I have not decided on an asking price yet. Guess I should wait till its done

I have a 96 4x4 with only 87k it is a rclb and is black. 5.7 vortec of course. I love the truck but need to sale due to a possible job change . I am asking $8000

Hey Mud Runner....I'll keep an eye out. I saw a nice 95 with a 6" lift on it in Blue Springs last week. Have you looked at any in the KC Star? I'm selling mine, so if you know anyone around KC that wants a clean truck with a new motor and tranny, let me know. Good luck. :cool:

You could just post the web address that its on. That'll work. Or make it smaller I guess, I'm not very computer oriented.

Well, I think I need to start looking in the Star because I can't find sh*t on autotrader or trucktrader. I'm pretty unhappy with both of them, only dealers list on autotrader anymore it seems like. I travel to Blue Springs every day, so I'm pretty much everywhere in the KC area. Also, if you know anybody that wants a Celica, let me know. Thanks for the help, man. I really really appreciate it. I'm not a car person at all, so that's why I want one really really bad. I figured that someone could help me if I go back to this site...and walla! Help!
