Help!
I just got a replacement door for my overhead console, I got the one with the homelink built in.

I done a search and I have found 2 different versions of what goes where.

The Homelink has 3 wires,
Orange,
Green,
Purple/Yellow stripe.

I would assume the orange is the power lead, and I believe the green hooks into you dash lights.
On another post here, it said that two of the wires are hot and one is a ground but that doesn't make sense to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Found the answer to my question if anyone else is interested...

The Homelink transmitter that I bought has 3 wires:
Orange = Hot
Green = Ground
Purple/Yellow Stripe = Dash lights

I wired up the lights and they really finish the installation off. The little dots on the buttons light up at night.
