I recently bought a 02 Z71 Tahoe, theft recovery. The entire dash and column was taken among some other things.
Does anybody know if I'm going to have to have the dealer reprogram everything once I install the parts from the donor truck? The complete dash and column are out of the same 02 donor truck and the options match exactly. I'd like to think it's just going to be plug-n-play but my gut is telling me that would be to easy. Maybe I should get the computer too. I can't seem to get a straight answer from the dealer or the recyclers, so I figured I'd try my luck here. Thanks.
