Another escalade handle ?

Will the front door handles work for the rear 3rd and 4th door? or are they completely different?

Also anybody know where to find info on purchasing a plastic chroming kit?

The fronts are completely different that the ext cab interior handles. GM has a chrome one though, they are from the GMC C3 and Sierra Denali I believe.
