80 K5 Blazer TEXAS (PICS ADDED)

Really wanting to keep this but money is tight so if I get an offer I will sell if not I will keep it. I know this is worthless without pics but I am working in LA and the truck is in TX. If someone is serious I can get the wife to snap some pics in a couple of days. I have been after this blazer for about 5 years finally got buddy to sell it to me but I have been working in LA so I haven't gotten to mess with it alot.

This is not a parts truck just needs the right attention.

    80 K5
    4X4

350 Engine (rebuilt about 2 years ago with cam upgrade less than 10K on it. I have added an edelbrock performer Air Gap Intake manifold). This engine will run!!! I took off the manifolds to put on headers headers did not fit I put the manifold back on just to test the engine but didn't hook up the exhaust.

TH350- Tranny worked had a leak at the rear seal that needs to be replaced has leaked most of the fluid out so that is why the tranny doesn't work.

    12-Bolt rear end
Front not sure (doesn't look like a 10 bolt but I haven't looked to close)
    Gears not sure

It has some 30/9.5 wild countries actually in pretty good shape white wagon wheels.

Rear glass is busted out I do have a replacement at my house comes with vehicle.

Interior is real rough but all the guages work.

Rust - there are only 2 spots of surface rust one on roof one on door jam. This is easily repaired with some sanding it is not the deep down rust that causes problems just needs to be cleaned up.

Needs new hood, my buddy has had it sitting and the hinges got real stiff and he bent the hood trying to close it.

This is an awsome begining to a build up because the engine and tranny are still good and the truck is solid. Many times you find a decent shape truck but everything is horrible on it this one looks bad but has a solid foundation.

Price: $700 have title you have to pick it up.

Really interested. Would love to see some pictures. I am in the east texas area, so pickup would not be a problem.

Either post pics here or send to cklimpt@yahoo.com

    Thanks

may be sold but if not here are pics.

These black rims and tires don't come with it they are for sale seperate. You can see the white wagons behind it with actually pretty good tires especially while you are working on it.

    Interior -said it was rough

Engine - (notice the valve covers) you can see the new intake though.

    Re: 80 K5 Blazer TEXAS

I am extremely interested in this, but I have had title issues w/Texas over vehicles before where the seller had never had the vehicle registered in their name. In that case your buddy would have to do the bill of sale, and sign the title over to whoever buys it. Unless the title was already signed over to you. Then you HAVE to register it in your name, and wait on the title to come back before you can legally sell it to anyone else.

I could give you 400 for her possibly if you have the clean title and could sign it over properly...unless thats too low

I am located in Glenn Heights which is 13 miles south of Dallas down 35E. My buddy has the title in his name. He hasn't even signed it yet because I was working in LA and didn't need the title or having to pay for changing the title. He knows the whole situation as do I. It is sitting in his front yard you come pick it up he signs the bill of sale and title and you are on your way. $650 is as low as I can go.

far from awsome and wouldn't be for sale if I wasn't unemployed and have no where to keep it and no sight of money any time soon. It is a very solid starting point for sure though.
