    Bought brand new off ebay ($48 plus $8.50 shipping), they sent me one for NBS though, and now aren't responding to my email. Both brackets and all hardware included, still in bags with instructions. Comes with Red Boot.

    If they don't respond by Monday, I'll sell for $50 shipped to 48.
