    Big c clamp or ball joint press will work too!
    Auto Shop teacher and former gm technician for 18 years. I have a 2001 Chevy 1500 4wd suburban with a 5.3 liter , Flowmaster dual exhaust and monster 4l60e trans build. 20" ltz wheels and tires.

    Is it that hard to remove TB as people make it sound? You clamp the key and remove bolt and spacer and then slowly remove c clamp. Doesn't sound too bad. Why do people make it a big deal?

    You can also find them on ebay.

    sometimes they get siezed in the control arm or the key and you have to beat the hell out of it to get it out.
