Hey guys. I have an 89 Chevy 4x4 with a 700r4 trans that is in desperate need of a rebuild. I am capable of doing this myself and my father in law has done many. The problem is we do not have the special tools required to do this. I am wanting to buy/rent the tools needed for the job. I am in southern Indiana and I would greatly appreciate it if any of you had the tools and were willing to sell them or rent/ loan them out for the job. Thanks

Have you checked on Ebay for the compressor?

Well I have since found a good trans and put it in. I will probably just save up for a little longer befor I buy the tools. I think all I really need is the drum compressor and lip seal installers. Everything else should be pretty easily manageable.
