JL 10w0 truck box encloser fit in NBS/

I just want a little background bass in my 02 ext cab, nothing too extreme, dont listen to rap a whole lot, I am looking for an inxpensive 10 and an amp, gotta deck already and speakers, I was looking at the JL 10w0 that is already in the box, but will it fit under backseat, its 24 inches wide, and not sure if the hump in the middle will be in the way. Cant measure casue i dont have my truck here at school yet, and how does it sit, can it lay down facing up or does it have to face out, sorry for the long post, but thanks for any help!!

i would suggest getting one of their boxes designed for under your seat. but if you can fit the box, some directions better than others, but facing any direction will work.
