Is it the center console one?
Mine was simply mounted by drilling holes through the tranny hump and bolted through there. There should be two screw holes on the bottom of the box.

Bought a used 1 for the 96 Yukon and I need help on mounting it. I'm thinking I didn't get the brackets needed for installing it, but I'm not sure what it needs to mount in
thanks

It is MUCH better than stock and gives much more "up front" bass than sticking a box in the back. But it is limited. You are only running 1 10" sub, so don't expect miracles.
