How hard is it to wire door speakers

How hard is it going to be to get new speaker wires into my 4 doors?

The reason i ask is because i had a shop wire my suburban and they ran new wires from the amps in the rear all the way to the head unit and tied them into the stock wires going back to the speakers.

It seems this would be harder than just going from the amps straight to the speakers.

unless its a bit(h to wire the doors,then they were being lazy.

anyway i want to go from the amps to the speakers and i want to know what i am getting myself into.
