Deep Bass

I needed to know if i could get some hear a mile away bass out of a box under my back seat???? i wanna know in order to get a sh!t load of bass do i have to take out my back seat and get a bigger box????? or what setup can i get to get the most bass out of a box under the seat or if its possible to get some bass out of the box under the back seat? can someone help me out?? oh and can u give me a ballpark # as to how much???

bass you can hear from "a mile away" is just that, deep bass, which means, big, powerfull subs and enclosures, in my reg cab i have ran (6) 12" subs right behind the seat, it hit unbelieveably hard but no low end cause of a small enclosure and low power and low end subs. the key is matching the subs to your vehicles cab space and getting a correct transient function, in a reg cab its hard, even a ex cab, a burban, watch out!!! you best bet to get big big bass is to yank the back seat and put in ohh say (3) 8 ohm 15's wired in parrallel and one big monster amp in a monster box or jsut be happy with hard hitting bass and not piss everyone outside of your truck off just my $02
