I'm going to be installing my 4ch amp this weekend, and I was going to wood glue some MDF to the back wall of the cab. Then, I was going to mount the amp to it... i would love to see some pics from some folks who have done this.
Thanks..

i glued some 3/4 mdf all the way across my back wall, and mounted my amps to that

That looks awesome there! I only need to mount one amp there, but did you glue mdf to it or screw them on?
I screwed the mdf to the back wall with some small sheet rock screws, you could use a thick glue though.
I used the original carpet to covor it
Usually if you put the wood behind the carpet, you don't need any screws or glue to hold it up
I won't be able to use the factory carpet on mine because there isn't any going up the back wall like the old body style...
this is in my 2000.....

Belmont
i was just going to tell you to post yours... You seem to good jobs on your additions to your truck! Are those your cross overs on the sides? If so what brand speakers are they, and what do you have in your rear doors? I was thinking about putting MB Quart 4 2-ways in the rear.
BTW you are like me if it isn't ARC Audio I don't want it...

yeah those are the crossovers for my CDT HD-62s. thanks for the compliments. i put CDT CL-4x 4" coaxials in the rear off head unit power but they are faded all the way out, I don't like rear fill. I got them cheap so I put them in for the hell of it.
hey belmont I am thinking about changing my sub set up... Do you or any one else mind posting up info and pics about yours thanks...
aight guys... mine looks exactly like belmont's now (i wrapped it with gray).. It took all weekend of slowly doing it, but I finished it up.. I don't really have a camera, but I'm going to do some tweeking this weekend. I might be able to grab my girls camera..
I didn't have time to do some adjusting (had to take my lady home)... If I turn the radio up half way it is really distorted and sounds like crap! I quess I'll do some gain adjusting
