You can usually find kits billet/stainless that are made to cover your stock radio i know they do for my 1990 im not sure what all you need for a 95 but heres a example for mine

covers stock radio/ leaves slots for heater/AC controls

i also bought speakers for the rear of the extended cab. the highs in the back are actually not bad, so i decided to not to swap them myself. I did all my other speakers and stuff but the rears aren't important enough to maybe break a panel.

The 95 extended cabs are a pain. You have to remove the top ceiling panel, and the panel behind the rear seat. You will break clips, so beeee careful.
Remove the coat hooks and the armrests. I was able to remove a few more screws and bend the side panels to get access to the speaker. Or you can take the back seat out-not fun.....
    Take your time

this task is a pain in the ass but I am glad I did it. Here is what I had to do:
    1. remove the panel directly under the rear window
    2. remove the panel abouve the rear window
    3. remove the seat belt bolts and the bols for the coat hangers
    4. remove the rear armrests
    5. pull on the side panels to get the clips to come out

I was able to do all of this without removing the rear seat. I did not break any clips at all but I did break the panel that is above the rear window. But that piece cost me $30 at the dealership to replace. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
