So I went to replace my 6.5's because I thought that one was blown, however upon installing the new ones I found that the same problem persisted. I am assuming that the wiring is the problem and that I will need to re-wire the speaker.

Does anyone have any advice for my re-wiring project? Also what should I be doing in terms of the tweeter? Just leave it unplugged? Splice the high and low together?
