You can try any of these programs. It has been awhile since I used them but I think they are all still good.
WinISD Pro
BassBox Pro
L.E.A.P.
You could also use your head. Here's a link to a page about doing design with your head for a ported enclosure:

I use BassBox. It works really well for me and is easy to use. I got it from Parts Express. It doesn't have full sheet layout for cuts though. It seems like LEAP had that feature. I know one of them did, but i can't remember which.

AutoCADD?May be a little out of your price range. It's what I use along with WinISD. (WinISD for calculations, then AC for the design...)

I use a spreadsheet, a pencil and a ruler.

solidworks is amazing for designing... select the solid body... calculate volume... thats how i designed both the boxes for my truck and they both ended up fittin pretty well...

The disconcerting thing is that you will get a different box with each one of those softwares, but when you do it by hand you know that mathematically everything is correct. I do use either WinISD or BBP to check if I am in the ballpark before I go through with the design, but really that is mostly for estimating port length.

once you learn to do it by hand which is only simle math then you realise how much time your wasting with computer programs, but I do use winisd pro for the port length calculation.
not trying to jack the thread but isn't there some way to switch between metric and english on WinISD? thanks
