This is a discussion on perfect amp for 2 12" L7 solobarics?? within the Audio/Video Electronics forums, part of the General Discussion category; i do have a jl 1000/1, but a buddy has been bugging me to sell it to him for awhile ...
i do have a jl 1000/1, but a buddy has been bugging me to sell it to him for awhile now.
this gives me the opportunity to get a new amp.
so, what would work best with this setup!?

1991 BMW M5 -- Eclipse 8454, Eclipse PA5532, Seas W18E IB, Alpine-Scan D2904/6000, SoundSplinter Rli8 .65 tuned to 30hz
2002 Chevy Silverado -- 880prs, Seas CA18RNX, LPG 25nfa, Mach 5 IXL-12, JL 1000/1 & 450/4

at what impedance?
Do you already have the L7's? If not, I really, really wouldn't run them sealed. It also would help to know the internal volume of the box.

If you want to stick with kicker. Having experience with both subs L7 and CVX, I would recommend the cvx subs for a sealed enclosure. The mounting depth is a lil smaller on those subs as well.

If its 2 D4 L7's the Sundown Audio SAZ-1500D would fit the bill very nicely.
I'm assuming you already have the subs beings you already have the amp but L7's sealed are completely different then L7's Ported
