Good luck. I got 'blessed' with short legs to I was able to build a box around my subs from my previous car. My seats are just not capable of moving very far back. I would say look into shallow mount subs and possibly building your own box. It is not that hard, I did it myself for mine. Is not the most professional looking, but it gets the job done and I'm pleased with it. And be prepared to sound deaden the back of the cab, you will need to.

Here are a few pics for good measure and because it's 3:15am here and I can't sleep.

Damn, that is a big box. ANd you took all the plastics out.

I got blessed with the long legs and such, so I built one around the area behind the seat. I believe I lost a couple clicks. Box is 2.1 cubes tuned to 33hz or so. I removed NOTHING but the spare tire tool rack, and ground off the bolt rod as well.

I am 6'2", 250lbs and I can drive comfortably. Matter of fact I've been driving with the seat up like that so long I dont even notice it.

    Heres some pics.

If 2 clicks is too much, here is a box I built for some 8's. No clicks lost, but not deep enough for a regular 10. I could have gone WAY wider, for even more ported 8's, but I wanted to build an amp rack. And this box sounded good...I can't imagine what 4 ported 8's would have been like.

Eh, with short legs it doesn't bother me at all. I did want to buy new subs because I am a broke college student and the ones I have have a mounting depth of 6 inches so the larger box was necessary. It does make a lot of noise though and I need to deaden the back of the cab because it vibrates a lot. The truck never had plastic in the back because it was a fleet truck and lacks a lot of interior trim. Your box looks much more professional than mine! It looks good!

If you have buckets you can build a center console box...many different designs. You can go stelth, port it, just many different designs and ideas out there. Here is mine, it has been carpeted black since then so it looks much better.

Edit-I forgot to add that this question has been asked many times on here, so if you do a little searching you should be able to find something.

Here is one I built 10 or so years ago for 2 JL10s. My seats went all the way back.

Just curious if the first poster has buckets or a bench seat? If you have buckets your are in busness for a custom built enclosure..I have done several.....if benched you may lose some leg room.

I'd do a custom center console, I think they looks sweet when there are unique shapes used and painted the same color as the exterior. I have to Audiobahn subs behind the seat of my blue truck. The ones I have are pretty shallow and the DUMP!!!! I have one picture but it is garbage.
