radio dead?

sory if this is a dumb question but i did a search and read the whole radio locked sticky thread but still couldn't find a answer.

i put new speakers in the doors of my 06 rcsb chevy, got em all hooked up and went to test them out but my radio gives me nothing, no clock, no display, doesnt say locked or nothing.

key was off when i clipped the quick connects for the stock speakers and i never heard a pop or nothin but i checked the fuses anyway, none of them are blown. tried unhooking the new speakers, still nothing. the little red security light on the radio will still blink so i assume it still has power of some kind.

if anybody has any ideas for me i would greatly appreciate it!
