Just put straight edges on 2 parallel sides of the square, get a tape measure and draw a square on the enclosure. Then the radius of the rounded corners is like somewhere around .75". Just esitmate the radius, or find yourself can of something that has the same radius, and put it on the corners and trace around it to draw the contour on the corners, then get a jigsaw and cut it out. Thats what I did for my L7 when I was making my enclosure.

L7 or L5? L7 has a totally different motor assembly.
