I'm looking for pictures or maybe even a thread of a double din flat screen fit in a '96 silverado dash. I know the dash only has like 1 1/2 din for the cd player, But I was wandering if moving the AC controls down and fabricating a double din space for a flat screen headunit has been done? any PICS? or Threads?
    Thanks!

I have a double din in my 96. Thedetailss.com has a install kit kit.

This is the only pic I can find right now. This was before I molded the new dash piece and trim piece around the screen

One of the cleanest I've seen, wasn't done using a kit though...
    '96 CCSB 1/2-ton Centurion Conversion
'95 GMC RCSB. Carport hermit for the time being...
