i've posted a couple of questions so far. i just got a '72 short bed from a guy i know, really cheap. as in he told me i could have it if i fix the flatbed trailers floor that it is currently sitting on. the truck came from TX, i'm told. the body is solid except the rocker pans under the doors and where a battery leaked on the fender. the windsheild is cracked (looks like a softball practice mishap lol). the interior is clean and dry, but the seat is bare bones(no cloth or foam). i have a small buget to work with but have lots of time(i want my kids to drive it, one is 7 the other is due in june.) so i will be asking for some help from time to time, as i plan on doing as much of the work as possible. my goal is to keep it pretty well stock but personalized also. hopei don't bug the hardcore rodders or purests to much.

Hey Wyatt, check yer thread about the floor shift, for some reason it says there's only one reply, but mine is there too - might find it useful. I can actually help you out with dimensioning and drawings if you want/need further assistance
