Nevermind I found it. It was stuck by the brake booster just barely out of the wire loom.

Does anyone happen to know where the wire is that you disconnect to set the timing (esc wire?) on a 91 Suburban would be? I have looked by the glove box and followed the harness from the distributor and still can't find it.![]()

Nope, Iowa has no emissionsbut I pulled the wiring harness out of the Suburban and put it into my C10 to clean up the tbi swap from a couple years ago.

ah, just made that comment becuase that will usually help tremendiously with emissions.. wonder how i knew that wink wink...
