Finally getting started on the body of my truck. I have lowered in with a 4/5 drop and am running 18x8 Foose Legends in the front and 18x9s in the rear. Now its time to do the body. The interior is in great shape and the truck runs like a top. Everything works but the a/c which is on the list.

Wow !! You got the market cornered on OOBS ecsb'S !! Is that Crewcab / Ext cab a factory conversion as well or is it homebrew ? Never seen one before but, given your collection it wouldn't surprise me that it's a rare factory one off. What are the rest of the plans for the brown/beige truck ?

The red one is an 85 K10, Gm 350 crate motor, 208 transfercase, 3:73 gears. It has a 6 inch Rough Country lift, and 35/12.50-15 BFG KM2's on 15x10 Mickey Thompson Classic Beadlock II's.
The grey one is an 86 Chevy Extended crewcab that was a Tra-tech conversion ( further customized after CVI did the body) I have seen a few others, but not many.It has the beloved 454. turbo 400 tranny. It will be the haul truck for the other two when going to car shows, once I find a gooseneck big enough to haul both if the others. It will be Limo Black when done
Plans for the tan truck are mainly get it painted. I think Im going to paint it Idigo Blue. The next step will be the sound system which I plan to use the Classic Audio system to retain a semi stock appearance and not cut up the dash.
I am trying to acquire an 02 Z71 to use the drivetrain in the red truck, and would eventually like to put a 6TB Cummins in the Crewcab.
From what i understand, those conversions are fiberglass add ons or are they sheet metal
I saw one in my nieghbour hood a few weeks ago and followed it for a bit just to check it out
Next day i saw it on the freeway with a big ole black stain under it
If i had a trailer and place to keep it... i would have honestly stole it, haha

The extended cab and roof are metal. They do have some filler in them to smooth them up around the edges, but not much. Im going to put late model seats in it and move the back seat against the back of the cab for more leg room. The original Mega Cab
The rear seat on the crew folds down into a bed, and has captains chairs in the front.

I always wanted to do this, but put 04 chevy bucket seats in the front and back and palce the back ones enough for the extra leg room but so they can recline to
