I want to run a big 33" tire the toyo MT and probably 10" wheels to really give the 33x12.50's a beefy look. I have decided to go with tuff country ez ride all spring lift but can't decide on their 3" or 4" kit.
what do you think looks the best with a beefy 33" tire? I don't plan to ever run 35's although I love the looks of them I don't want the big power loss and strain on my trans and stock 10 bolt rear. Not to mention the truck has 3.42 gears and I want to avoid regearing to regain the power loss..I figure it should handle 33's a lot easier.
Any suggestions or things to think about? that will help me decide? thanks

I think 35's rub some with a 4" lift tho right? I don't plan to run 35s just curious if I ever did with a 4" lift I wouldnt want to hurt my fenders.

My Dad ran 4" and 35's since 1988 and never had an issue with rubbing. As long as your not doing any serious off roading(flexing) you should be fine.

i think the first poster hit the nail on the head...Lifting trucks and big tires is a sickness , go with the bigger lift because once you get used to how it looks and rides for while you are going to want 35's and a 6" lift lol....Besides why not give yourself the extra room...
thanks Gates I didn't want to mention the 6" but that's what i would do but if he was trying to decide between a 3 or 4" inch i wasn't about to even start to try to talk him into the 6" but he'll regret it when he gets the fever do the 6" the fever is gonna happen right On my 76 blazer i went from 2" helper springs to 8" lift 3" body in less than a year
