are you ok with cutting on the body? and I would stay away from a body lift. it's way to easy to lift these trucks the right way. 4" and 33"s look good and are very practical

33's should fit stock, and 35's would fit with only a small lift.
wheel choice will play a lot into what fits as well. with liberal trimming, i am running 36's stock height on my 89 K5. but it had 32's on it prior to the 36's with plenty of room for 33's. even 35's would not take a great deal of trimming to fit in stock form, and would clear with ease on a 4" lift.
as Vic-V8 said, for a simple as these trucks are to lift, i would skip the body lift and just do a small suspension lift. these trucks have enough frame flex as is without a body lift to make it look even worse.

do a susp lift. I have had a few with each and the body lift sucks and causes more issues then helps.
