First, Wash and Clay them. Polish with your choice of chrome polish. Then seal them with a wheel wax or a paint sealent. The wheel wax will hold up better though.

3+ coats of polymer sealant, after that it's just soap and water. As far as water spots the easy way, use a Mr. Clean Autodry rinse followed by a leaf blowereasy
