Should I buy it?

Hey guys, I just bought my 2000 ext cab 1500, but I had someone offer me $8500 for it which is more than I have into it. My old boss is selling his 01 reg cab duramax and I'm considering buying it. I drove it quite a bit last year as a work truck, and it has run fine with no problems at all. It has 160k on it and has been plowed with for most of its life. The exterior is perfect except the back bumper is dented. The interior is in okay shape. The driver seat is pretty worn out with a rip in it. It comes with a two year old 8' minute mount plow which is in really good shape. The only thing it needs is a couple tie rod ends and a pitman and idler arm. Also needs tires too. The injectors were replaced under warranty 20k ago right when I started working for him. Hes been sitting on the truck for a while and hasn't really advertised it other than a for sale sign in the window in the side of the road. I talked him down to $8000 for it with the plow. What do you guys think of this deal?

I'd say go for it if you want it. Thats about the same truck I've looking for now.

get the duramax..it still has many miles left in it.
