The dash lights on my 07' duramax 6.6 lbz won't come on, the truck won't turn over, I jumped the starter, it'll turn over, but not with the key.... Any ideas?

Sounds like you blew a fuse somewhere. My guess is you blew the crank fuse, which should be in the interior fuse panel.

Another vote for checkin fuses.
Although possible, a bad ignition switch is unlikely

another vote for fuses or maybe a relay. I've never had this happen knock on wood
Turns out, some of the wires rubbed against the driver fender, and split apart, I spliced them back together and used some old 3/4" rubber hose and a few zip ties to prevent it from happening again.
Great power...must be appreciated...
