I wanted to let everyone know this will be my last tailgate post.

Bought my truck without one, hell of a deal so I said "Oh I will just find a used one".......little did I know.

Patience paid off for once though.
I ended up getting a paint match tailgate that had just been painted and had the badges put back on, minus hardware..$75 plus 1hr drive

Found a tailgate (white, needs paint but in good condition if someone wants it)with hardware...$20 plus 2 hr drive

Broken cables replaced at the dealer...FREE
Spoiler type tailgate cap at the dealer..$50
Locking tailgate bezel..$15

So for a grand total of $160+gas, I got a freshly painted tailgate, where a complete one in good condition was at least $300 + shipping.

Put a Gate Keeper on it and you'll be all set
