I have a 89 chev with the quad headlights and the grille's chrome is coming off in spots. How do you get it to all come off without wreaking it?

I sanded the crap outta mine but that was after a friend and I tried to just peel it off which didn't work to well. So we sanded it down the best we could and painted it. It doesn't look to bad. So the best I could tell you is just peel as much off as you can. Best of luck with that.
