SSBC makes a rear disc kit
I have the early SSBC kit on my 91 The calipers are off a 85 olds toranado rotters I think they are off a 75 ford ltd but I know of guys running front rotters of the Impala the bracket is just a flat plate and I think you can find them at speeedwaymoters.com
