finally gave up on my k15 and picked up a nice 88 c3500, so far ive got approx. 7inchs all around drop. its got 225/70/16 on front and 225/70/16.5 in rear and i already had to roll front fenders, my passenger one found out the hard way and took a bit of abuse.
i just want to know what i have to do other then buy the rims and adapter kit to put semi rims on this thing. looking to go 22's, the front is more my concern as the back is pretty straight forward i believe. if any one has any ideas please feel free to speak up

does anyone know what i would need to watch out for if i were to stick 22s on a truck with a 5-6 inch drop in the front with having my fenders crushed when turning?
doesnt matter if its a dually or not just a truck that low with that big of a tire, does anyone have one?
nice looking truck i like the grille+ss bumper combo. my dad has a nbs 2500 on 20" his only prob was that his alignment is off and it rubs against the back side of the driver wheel well. what size tire you plan on running?

Go check out the forums at www.duallyscene.com. There are a lot of guys over there running semi wheels and they'd be able to give you more definitive answers.
Blazin 93...how low is your dads truck with the 20s?
i was planning on running 22.5" liberty rims on 255/50 since thats the only 22.5 size they make that i can find
dually scene didnt really help me too much, it did help a bit but basicly im too low already to put that big of a rim which sucks i think.
the smallest tire i can fit on a 22 is a 31.6 diameter i think where mine now i think are closer to 30 maybe even 29. does anyone here know how much biger that will actually be in my wheel well.
my front are flush with the bottom of the well so i would assume it would be about 1/2-1inch inside the well right??
Oh. So you're planning on actually running 22.5s then? I was thinking you were aiming for 22s. Yeah, as low as you are, you're going to have some issues with 22.5s since 22.5" tires are all heavy load rated and don't come in super low profile sizes.

They got the 19.5 that are direct fit and the machined down 22s to fit car tires.

bag the front and run the 22" or 24" semi wheels imo, then bag the rear... if you cant bag it all at once.
Any body know anywhere in CA. that would machine down some peterbilt wheels for me.

buy the 22.5 aluminum ones and get them machined down or buy the already machined ones you can buy low profile 22 tires for it however with as low as your truck is you would have to widen your back fenders or they would never go under there
