    Just got this done tonight.

This is how I wired it in:

Pin 85 on HB to Pin 85 on Fog with 1n4004 diode.

Pin 85 on Fog to Pin 85 on LB hard wired.

Whenever my headlights come on (LB's) my fogs come on too. I was always turning them on anyway lol.

is there a way to jump the pins under the hood for just the 4-hi mod?
I would rather do this than wire a ground under the hood.

Not sure. Method for the 06 is different than the 02.

However had I ran the diode from the HB relay to the LBrelay and left the fog relay out of the equation then I would have had a hi 4

Oh man its super easy. You just need to ground the ground wire for the low beams I'm pretty sure (may be highs, I'll look into it) and thats it. You can do it under the fuse box actually, let me find the write up.

Well, damn I can't find the instructions for the 99-02 trucks but its super easy so do some searching and you'll be able to find it. No diodes needed or anything.

I actually had a bitch of a time finding the NBS write up here. It's such an easy and common mod I think the thread should be stickied

To do the 99-02 trucks it really simple, all you need is a piece of wire, a wire tape and an eyelet. Pop the hood and find the yellow wire running to your headlights, tap into the yellow wire and bolt it to something metal. I used the fender support bracket bolt, it grounds the headlights and lets you lows stay on when you hit the switch.
