96 blazer front bumper kinda twisted?

not sure how to level it out, but when looking head on with my blazer, the front bumper is angled bad, with the passenger side being up really high (possibly stock location) and the drivers side being angled down. i think the previous owner may have ditched it, and bent it while being pulled out or impact. (also the front grille is cracked :S)

anyone know how to fix it, or have any helpful tips? thx!

Those bodystyle trucks the bumper mounts to the front of the frame rail.The only way to really tell what's bent would be to pull the bumper.That's obviously bent.But the front horn on the framerail could be bent as well.
