    I know its not a thing looked good upon by many people.

    I picked up a spare set of silverado ss wheels for my truck...cheap with some blemishes..perfect canidates for painting..

    Anyone know a good wright up or a how too.

    there just the painted silver and before any sais powder coating that's 120 a wheel I only payed 200 for the whole set.

    03 Silverado SS...magnaflow, tuned, CAI...Daily driver...all show with a little go..

    scuff it up, spray it, clear coat it. I work with 3 guys at work that have done this and it's held up great so far. Just make sure you get the little lip around the wheel, on the inside so no silver shows through.

    Take a deck of cards, and place them behind the wheel, on top of the tire to give you a good "tape" line as well.

    another way to do the outside edge if you are doing it with tires on is to get a pc of cardboard and smash it on the wheel, leaving a perfect circle on the cardboard that you can cut out and use
