Rear Hatch And Rear Defrost Buttons Not Working? Please Help!!!

my rear hatch button isnt working anymore? i replaced the push button with a new one 18$ still not working??? and my rear defrost button doesnt light up or stick in when i push it??i checked the fuses they were fine? any ideas????

If the button for the rear hatch is not working, make sure that the shifter is adjusted correctly. That switch will not operate if the truck is not in either park or neutral. Just pull up on the shift lever to make sure it is all the way into park. If it works then, it probably needs to be adjusted.

As far as the defroster, start by checking the wires on the rear glass, as they have a tendency to break off.
