I was thinking of getting some nrauto gauges for my 99 tahoe. Does anyone have these gauges & if so would you recommend them? Its hard to tell the quality of these gauges by the pic at:

    http://www.nrauto.com/gauge_body.asp?id=49

I'd be curious to see some pics of them installed.

I had them on my 97 before I got my Escalade guages. They are very nice and the quality is excellent. IMO, they look much better than a full white face guage. I highly recommend them!

Cool. Thx...Its hard to tell by the pic on nrauto.com, but do these gauges have a bezel that comes with them? Also, if you still have your old gauges, I'd be glad to take them off your hands.

No bezel, strictly an overlay. And I am hanging on to my old guages for a future project.

Check out this thread I made in the tech article section when I did my gauge mod(s) on my '97 Tahoe. I used the NRAuto white face gauge face and bought a carbon fiber bezel from ebay and also did the blue leds with a little touch to the needles as well. I liked the NRauto because the whole thing isn't white like most.

And yes I still have my old gauge face if you would like

If I ever wanted to go white face, NRAuto would be my first choice. I would love to put some in my '99 Yukon, but I've got the '00 Escalade gauges and NRAuto doesn't make any for that cluster.

Man Stabbin, I like your mod more every time I look at it. I think I'm in! Also, this may be in your tech thread but I didn't notice it. Did you use the four led wedge bulb 194 from superbright, or a single in each socket?

I've also found some other bezel's & gauges of interest, but they are a bit pricey:

Whoa, that color selector one is cool. I just can't believe the prices these people charge for this stuff though. I'm in the wrong line of work. Plastic and a tiny circuit board $190. Sounds reasonable...
