I got a base model truck and was thinking about going to a junk yard and getting some door panels along with all the power window and lock stuff. Does anyone know if mine would be pre-wired for something like that? If not anyone have a wiring diagram or something?

most are but i believe i read somewheres that some of the nbs base fullsizes are not wired for it and you have to buy a wiring harness that hook into your main harness under the dash.....i would check w/ a dealer to make sure.......i think the trucks w/ cruise do come pre wired though.....if your truck is without the harness you could get it from a junk yard cheap possibly thrown in free with the purchase of the panels and motors and switches......most junk yards could give a **** about harnesses if your buying other ****.....on my lumina i bought 2 doors and a fender the give my some trim pieces and other small **** free

Why don't you buy the entire door so you dont have to do too much wiring?
