Just got my 120 for $50 on ebay!!! Where do I get the leds from amd which ones do i need to swap out? Also need to move the mileage from 104,XXX to 240,XXX

Just got done with mine, all i did is swap wheels for the mileage and it looks awsome, gonna go by auto zone later to see if i can get some leds for it.

If you can find another one from this seller buy it. Super fast shipment got mine in 3 days, just make sure it's from a 99 or 2000 Escalade or Denali. Hooks right up to the adapter on the 96+ trucks. One of the easiest install's I have ever done.

Damn that beat the price I got mine for ($80 at a local salvage yard). When you get your new cluster, I wrote a tutorial about swapping the odometers, it pretty easy, but take your time.

got mine...Can someone confirm which i'm changeing to led..
I see some say 194, some are 161,.....I'm guessing just the ones that say "ILL"

Yes the ILLUMINATION bulbs are the ones that light the gauges and needles, they are 194 bulbs, and can be swapped over to LED using the drop-in replacement led bulbs, I've heard the 5-LED bulbs work the best. When I changed a friend's cluster in his 95 k1500 (unfortantley no pics,lost when hdd crashed) I made custom LED boards that fit in behind the gauges, Between the PCB and gauges, using breadboard and bulk 5mm ebay leds.

If you isolate the needle section of the gauges, and put a single LED in there, you can light your needles a different color than the gauge backlighting i.e blue numbers,red needles.

Some of the indicators in the cluster cant be changed to LED...ABS,SRS,SES bulbs when changed to LED were lit constantly when vehicle running, switched polarity and they wouldnt light at all (even when there supposed to at start-up)

The two black sockets are for illumination as well, six total, 2 large black and 4 large gray ones.

The two white ones are for the turn signals, and the small gray ones are for the indicators.

I have a 2000 z71 rbsb and want to get some gauges that have the trans temp on them. mine dont have that guage on them. I have read that it is just a plug and play swap if I get the cluster. Is that right?

For searching purposes, the 120 mph clusters came in '99-'00 Escalades and Denalis and '00 Tahoe Limiteds.
The 130 mph cluster was in police package Tahoes only.
