Anyone know of a way to remove those ugly warning lables from the sun visors?

I heard about using an iron on steam or something like that.![]()
Mine came off with no issues. If yours is stuck on pretty good, a quick shot with a heat gun or hair dryer should do the trick.
the iron trick is place wax paper between the iron and the label and heat it up a bit then it should come right off. also the heat gun or hair dryer would work and be easier. good luck
If I peel off the labels I might forget to be afraid that the air bag is gonna come out and bitch slap me if I am dumb enough to run into something.

Will there be glue residue left over afterwards that you have to clean off?

I'll try my driverside first since it's covered up anyway by my cd holder. If I mess it up you can't see it anyway...lol

On my truck I had to heat the sucker up with a hairdryer, peel it off and use Goo Gone to remove the excess glue residue. It worked, but was a major pain in the fingers (the stickers must've been welded on there). On the 01 truck I had they were nowhere near as stuck on as they now are![]()
I got them off. Used a hair dryer. They were on there pretty good, but once I got them heated up they came off pretty easy. Left the adhesive behind. I used some sticker removal stuff on a paper towl to get it off. It still shows some, I think after it drys good I hit it again with the sticker removal stuff.
Looks much better than before. My truck is a 02
I want to remove mine as well. Anyone have success with hair dryer or heat gun?

I liked the one on my 95 2-door Tahoe that said "This vehicle is easy to roll...drive carefully...ad nauseum"
Interestingly enough my 99 2-door doesn't have one of those. Both 4x4s
