Yours should be pretty close to my interior, i have a 95 Silverado. There are 2 screws where the handle it to close the door, then the rest is the plastic upolestry fasteners. Take a flat head screw driver and pry them out one at a time if you can(or yank real hard) If you never had it off before be ready for some of them to break, they go in easy just got to pick some up.

    1) Leave window up.

    2) Remove screw from armrest.

    3) Unsnap bezel from around door handle and lock/window switches.

    4) Remove lock/window switches by prying the front of the switch from the bezel.

    5) Remove the back of the switch by sliding it upward while depressing the tab at the bottom.

    6) Remove the screw from the front of the armrest, behind the bezel

    7) Remove the door panel by prying the clips on the backside of the panel. (The clips should stay with the panel).

    8) Lift the panel upwards to remove.

I wish people were like slinkys, fun to play with but when I get bored I can push them down the stairs.
