Anyone know what years shared the same bench seat style?

Hi...can anyone tell me what years shared the same bench style seat? For example, is a 2001 front bench seat in a Chevy truck the same as a 2002 front bench seat? What years share a common size/style. I'm trying to determine if new replacement seat covers for a 2001 or 2002 will fit other years.

ALSO, if anyone can help decode the following factory tag information (theres a part number here somewhere) it would be very, very greatly appreciated.

Factory Tag info:
GMT 800 P/N 88943203 Lvl 3 GMTC JSC VDP

I'm almost positive that the seats were the same for 99-2002. 2003 and up have different seats (at least for the ex-cabs they do). You might try looking at some of the trucks for sale on ebay to compare seat styles. As for the part number, have you tried calling a dealership?

The 99-02' bech seats are all the same just offered in different colors. As for the 03+ seats they just have a different design and more comfortable,IMO but same style as the 99-02 seats.

Any new body style seats should fit and 99+ silverado!!
