Hey, one of my lights burnt out under my dash, the courtesy lights, or whatever you wanna call em. So, i had the idea of putting blue lights in to replace them. Does anyone make lights that are blue or would i have to buy some white ones and paint them?? anyone done this?

Yup you can get blue bulbs. Incredible Hulk has green ones, but i don't rember where he got 'em. I think Autozone, just look for anyplace that sells APC products and you should be able to find them.

Yeah, AutoZone has the whole rainbow there. O'Reillys, if there is one near you, also carries APC.

No other ideas here. I have heard of guys painting bulbs, but I don't know what kind of paint you'd use.

well my lights that go under the dash are #194 and went to pepboys and they had blue lights that i got.. autozone had them as well.. i put them in but there werent bright enuff for me at night so i took them back out. I liked the way they looked.. real nice but wasnt bright as i want it. I did put blue ones on my back liscense plate ... probaly illegal but if that was the only illegal thing i did id be ok . Im gonna get some new 194 sockets and put them under the dash and put the blue ones in and hook them up to the parking lights.. looks real nice, puts off a a deep blue that looks nice at night.

Let me find you the web site I found some LED 194's, They are clear with a blue bottom. I have them in every place you can inside the truck even in the door. They are really bright blue I love them, I got them at a store, but I have seen them on the internet they run about 10 to 15 dollars for a set of 2. I post the site when I find it again.
